We use on-site services as part of our business model, as such we have certain policies in place these are as follows.

1. Cancellation Policy

To limit the amount of no show appointments we ask that you cancel any appointments 24 hours prior to any appointment
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of an appointment especially where we have not had any notice prior will incur the full payment being kept as we may not have ample time to reassign an appointment and risk a loss of revenue.

2. Late to Appointments

Please arrive promptly or even 5-10 minutes early to your appointment
Any late shows of more than 15 minutes will have the above cancellation policy apply.

3. Rescheduling

As above please allow 24 hours or more to reschedule appointments.
Appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to the cancellation policy above

4. Deposit

Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable at date of purchase

5. Refunds

We may refund either a partial or full cost of an appointment at our discretion
Refunds are primarily available to long term clients whom we have a good working relationship with
Refunds are also dealt out based on the an appointment was cancelled or rescheduled as above

6. Price Guarantee

We will beat any price from another competitor by 10% under our discretion where
The competitor is in the general radius of 10kms of Sukh Beauty Skin Clinic
The Service is comparable to one of our own services and evidence of the current, valid competitor pricing can be shown
Price guarantees are done in-store only

7. eGiftCards

Our eGiftCards have an expiry of 4 months from the date of purchase
eGiftCards must be used by the recipient listed in the giftcard form
eGiftCards cannot be split to be used in multiple services, they must be used in full
- Where eGiftCards are more than the full amount of a service the remainder can be used on another service
eGiftCards are non-refundable

8. Stripe

All payments made online are done through our website using Stripe.

9. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, this is only used under discretion where we feel that the continuation of a relationship is detrimental to our business or our staff.

By accessing and using the Website: a you agree to these Terms where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

We own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons).

Except to the extent permitted by law, nothing in these Terms has the effect of contracting out of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

You are not required to provide personal information to us, although in some cases if you choose not to do so then you will be unable to use some sections of the Website such as the booking area or any enquiry forms on the website.

We may need to have your contact information in order to provide you with updates from our Website.

When you provide personal information to us, we will comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. The personal information you provide to us (including any information provided if you register for an account) used as stated in our Privacy Policy. This may include information about the way users arrive at, browse through and interact with our Website. We may collect this type of technical information through the use of cookies and other means. These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the Website. For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing. Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, continue in force. If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity.

If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
